Menstrual disorders in Indonesia in 2020 occurred at 38.45%. However, in 2019 the prevalence of PMS reached 58.1%. The prevalence of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in Indonesia is increasing and around 80% of teenage women experience symptoms of premenstrual syndrome which can interfere with daily life. Premenstrual Syndrome education and how to deal with Premenstrual Syndrome in teenagers is an activity carried out by lecturers at the Bhakti Putra Bangsa Indonesia Business and Health Technology Institute as a form of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Based on the situation analysis, several problems faced by partners can be identified, namely lack of knowledge, lack of family support and lack of communication space to obtain appropriate information about introducing primary and secondary sexual characteristics to adolescents. The alternative solution offered is to provide education on Premenstrual Syndrome and how to deal with Premenstrual Syndrome and provide an evaluation. Implementation of activities in the form of planning, action, observation and evaluation and reflection. The results of the activities increase knowledge, attitudes and behavior as well as prepare teenagers to face Premenstrual Syndrome and how to overcome Premenstrual Syndrome. Key words: Education, how to overcome it, Premenstrual Syndrome.
