Introducing the characteristics of primary and secondary sex in adolescents is very important because adolescents have risky behavior to do something on the basis of trying. Counseling Introducing primary and secondary sex characteristics to adolescents is an activity carried out by lecturers at the Bhakti Putra Bangsa Indonesia Institute of Business and Health Tenkoogi as a manifestation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Based on the situation analysis, several problems faced by partners can be identified, namely lack of knowledge, lack of family support and lack of communication space to obtain appropriate information about introducing primary and secondary sex characteristics to adolescents. Alternative solutions offered are providing counseling about Introducing primary and secondary sex characteristics to adolescents and providing evaluations. Implementation of activities in the form of planning, action, observation and evaluation and reflection. The results of the activity increase knowledge, preparation for facing adolescence, especially the development and growth of primary and secondary sex characteristics of adolescents and being responsible for adolescence.
