Cancer is one of the diseases which is the main cause of death in the world. Breast cancer is generally characterized by a lump in the breast. One of the early detections that can be done through clinical breast examination or Clinical Breast Examination (CBE) and Breast Self Examination (BSE) which can be done easily by women. In UPPD Dharma Wanita members, there was also one who had breast cancer but had been treated and declared cured. The purpose of this community service is to measure the knowledge and abilities of Dharma Wanita uppd/Samsat Purworejo in terms of early detection of breast cancer using the BSE technique. The method of implementation is by providing material about breast cancer and BSE techniques, demonstrations, evaluations and questions and answers. The result of this education is that Dharma Wanita UPPD/Samsat Purworejo is able to perform breast self-examination (BSE) to find out as early as possible abnormalities that occur in the breasts.
