Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding only without supplementation of food or other drinks except medicine. Oxytocin massage for breastfeeding mothers is done by massaging the vertebrae area to expedite the process of expressing milk, the mother will be more satisfied and happy so that the oxytocin hormone will work optimally. Motivating breastfeeding mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding can be done by giving breast milk booster packages including education, giving booklets, and oxytocin massage. Efforts that can be made to succeed in exclusive breastfeeding are by holding education at posyandu. Ngemplak Kidul Village is the working area of ​​the Gebang Health Center, there are 25 breastfeeding mothers, 6 of whom already understand exclusive breastfeeding and have implemented exclusive breastfeeding, 4 do not breastfeed because the milk does not come out and 10 do not breastfeed exclusively for work reasons. All of these breastfeeding mothers have not been able to practice oxytocin massage. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of mothers to succeed in exclusive breastfeeding with education about Oxytocin Massage. The result of counseling is an increase in knowledge and understanding of breastfeeding mothers after being given exclusive breastfeeding counseling and oxytocin massage training.
