Postpartum mother classes can be an effort to increase exclusive breastfeeding, this can be done by providing education and knowledge to postpartum mothers. This education can help postpartum mothers understand the benefits of breast milk, supporting management and how to provide exclusive breast milk. Data obtained in Triwaarno Village contained 15 postpartum mothers and 4 of them did not exclusively breastfeed. The aim of this community service activity is to increase postpartum mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding. The method used for counseling uses the lecture method using power point media and leaflets containing explanations about exclusive breastfeeding. The results of community service seen from the pre and post test, postpartum mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding has increased. In conclusion, postpartum mothers understand the importance of exclusive breastfeeding for babies in the first 0-6 months.
