OPTIMIZING CANVA FOR INTERACTIVE MEDIA LEARNING IN SMP SMP TAKHASUS NURIL ANWAR

As a result of current technological developments, all sections of society must keep abreast of advances in digital communication technology. This is due to the growing trend of digital education and interactive media, resulting in an increased need for multimedia content. In addition, people must have the ability to design effectively and efficiently. The author made this community service activity to provide knowledge and training to improve teachers' basic skills in making interactive media based on the above problems. The training activities lasted for one day and began with presentations, interactive questions and answers, and independent hands-on practice. This activity was aimed at teachers and employees of SMP Takhasus Nuril Anwar Purworejo. The event was attended by about twenty people. Through this activity, teachers learned to use Canva to create posters, interactive presentations, and edit videos. As a result of the service provided, the authors are mostly familiar with canva; however, they lack an understanding of design techniques such as color theory and graphic design elements, especially about the latest canva features. Hopefully, after this activity, teachers can use canva to create interactive media and improve the quality of learning.
