Peer Reviewer Process

  1. Each article will be selected through an initial manuscript evaluation process by the Editorial Board. Manuscripts evaluated by editors to comply with journal criteria are rejected immediately without external review. The manuscript evaluated to be of potential interest to our readers is sent to double blind reviewers.
  2. Reviewers receive double-blind review manuscripts from section editors. If it is not in accordance with its competence, the reviewer has the right to reject the manuscript and recommend it to other more competent reviewers.
  3. Two reviewers at least review the manuscript and the manuscript is at least reviewed by two reviewers. Reviewers assess the manuscript from aspects of writing quality and substance, which includes updating, authenticity, usability, citation validity and bibliography.
  4. The editor then makes a decision based on the reviewer's recommendation. Manuscripts will be decided into one of four categories: (1) accepted for publication (2) accepted with minor modifications, (3) accepted with major modifications and (4) not accepted.
  5. Review Process: (1) the author submits the manuscript; (2) Evaluation of the editor; (3) double-blind peer review process; (4) The editor's decision; and (5) confirmation to the author. It takes one month (four weeks) for the maximum time.
