ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. P UMUR 27 TAHUN G2P1A0 DENGAN KURANG ENERGI KRONIS (KEK) DI PMB DYAH SUMARMO TANJUNGSARI BANYUDONO BOYOLALI TAHUN 2024

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one of the main indicators of the success of maternal health
programs. Government efforts to reduce MMR and IMR by means of Sustainable Development
Goals (SDGs). The role of midwives in reducing MMR and IMR so that maternal and infant health
continues to improve by providing comprehensive midwifery care. To provide comprehensive
midwifery care to Mrs. P aged 27 years G2P1A0 at PMB Dyah Sumarmo which includes
pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn care, and Family Planning (KB). Comprehensive
Midwifery Care to Mrs. P aged 27 years G2P1A0 was found to be pregnant with Chronic Energy
Deficiency (KEK). Midwifery care for delivery, spontaneous delivery was normal and there were
no complications. Postpartum midwifery care for Mrs. P was normal with no complications.
Newborn midwifery care for Mrs. P was normal, female, weighing 3600 grams, and had no
complaints. Family planning midwifery care included post-placental IUD contraception. During
pregnancy, delivery, postpartum, newborn care, and family planning, the care met midwifery care
standards and proceeded normally.

Data nasional menurut Kementerian Kesehatan Indonesia bahwa pada tahun 2014, 13%-
18% anak balita di Indonesia mengalami kelainan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Untuk
mengetahui efektivitas stimulasi media edukatif audio video dan alat permainan terhadap
perkembangan kognitif pada bayi usia 0 – 12 bulan di posyandu wilayah Kledung
Kradenan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Pra-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Two
group pretest posttest by statistic group comparison. Populasi penelitian yaitu 33
orang,Sample penelitian adalah bayi usia 0-12 bulan dengan populasi 30 orang dan teknik
yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan uji analisa data
wilcoxon untuk mengetahui pengaruh perkembangan kognitif dan uji mann- whitney untuk
mengetahui hasil efektivitas. Hasil Uji yang telah kami lakukan yaitu kami menggunakan
uji wilcoxon untuk mengetahui pengaruh perkembangan kognitif dan pada kelompok
intervensi didapatkan hasil data nilai sig. (0.001) < (0,05), sehingga Ho ditolak. Dan pada
kelompok kontrol didapatkan hasil data nilai sig. (0.002) < (0,05), sehingga Ho ditolak. .
Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh perkembangan kognitif pretest
dan posttest pada kelompok Intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Dan uji mann-Whitney untuk
mengetahui efektivitas stimulasi media edukatif audio visual dan alat permaianan edukatif
dan didapatkan hasil dengan nilai p value 0,028 hasil ini lebih kecil dari 0,05. Terdapat
pengaruh stimulasi dengan media edukatif audo video dan alat permainan terhadap
perkembangan kognitif pada bayi usia 0-12 bulan

PENGARUH MINUM TABLET FE TERHADAP ANEMIA PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI DESA PACOR KECAMATAN KUTOARJO KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

The high incidence of anemia in adolescent girls is due to the fact that there are still many adolescent girls
who are not used to consuming Fe tablets. The results of a preliminary survey among young women in Pacor
Village show that compliance with taking Fe tablets is still low, so they need to be given vitamins, namely Fe
tablets, to prevent anemia. To determine the effect of taking Fe tablets on anemia in young women in Pacor
Village, Kutoarjo District, Purworejo Regency. This research used a pre-experimental design with a One
Group Pretest - Posttest design. The population in this study was 184 young women. Determining the number
of samples using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 36. The sampling technique used purposive sampling
technique. The research time was from 26 May to 9 June 2025. Data analysis used the Normality Test, then the
Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk tests, and the Paired t-Test. The results of data analysis obtained a t
value of -7.246 and a probability of 0.000 (smaller than alpha 0.05). There is an effect of taking Fe tablets on
the incidence of anemia in Pacor Village, Kutoarjo District, Purworejo Regency. It is hoped that young women
will be disciplined in taking Fe tablets according to the recommended amount and can increase teenagers'
knowledge about anemia.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN PADA IBU HAMIL TM III DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS WINONG KEMIRI KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

During TM III, maternal hemoglobin levels will decrease, anemia occurs when
hemoglobin <11 gr/dL. Anemia in pregnancy reduces the amount of oxygen bound in the
blood, causing the uterine muscles to not contract properly, causing postpartum
hemorrhage. This study aims to determine the relationship between age, parity,
nutritional status, educational status, and employment status with hemoglobin levels in
pregnant women in TM III at the Winong Kemiri Health Center. Data collection was
carried out using a cross-sectional method where cause and effect variables were
measured or collected simultaneously. This study was conducted in July 2024 at the
Winong Kemiri Health Center, using the Accidental Sampling method with 20
respondents. From the results of the study, a p-value <0.05 was obtained, namely age
with an hb level of 0.004, parity with an hb level of 0.029, nutritional status with an hb
level of 0.019, educational status with an hb level of 0.004, and p-value> 0.05, namely
employment status with an hb level of 0.375. Conclusion: There is a relationship between
hemoglobin levels with age, parity, nutritional status, and educational status, and there
is no relationship between hemoglobin levels and employment status. Suggestion:
Midwives are expected to pay attention to factors related to pregnant women's Hb levels
so that they can anticipate and carry out further treatment if necessary
