Literature review: Aromaterapi untuk Mengurangi Nyeri dan Kecemasan Persalinan Kala I

Persalinan merupakan proses alami dan fisiologis. Kontraksi sebagai kekuatan primer sering dikaitkan
dengan rasa nyeri dan menimbulkan emosi negatif yaitu kecemasan. Rasa nyeri dan cemas akan
memengaruhi kemajuan persalinan. Nyeri dan kecemasan persalinan dapat dikurangi dengan
pemberian aromaterapi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aromaterapi dapat mengurangi nyeri
dan kecemasan pada persalinan kala I. Artikel ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan kata
kunci “aromatheraphy”, “pain”, “anxiety”, dan “labour” yang diambil dari Pubmed dan ScieneDirect.
Artikel yang didapat kemudian disaring sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil seleksi
didapatkan 4 artikel. Kesimpulan dari 4 artikel yang didapat aromaterapi dapat digunakan untuk
menurunkan nyeri dan kecemasan kala I.

EDUKASI PEMBERIAN MAKANAN TAMBAHAN KEPADA IBU BALITA TERHADAP STATUS GIZI BALITA DI POSYANDU MUTIARA ANANDA DESA WONOROTO KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

Nutrition is one of the determining factors of human resource quality. The role of nutrition has
been proven by various studies. Nutritional disorders in early human life will affect the quality
of life later. One of the programs initiated by the government is the Provision of Additional Food
(PMT). To provide education on providing additional food to mothers of toddlers regarding the
nutritional status of toddlers. This type of research is a pre-experimental design with a One Group
Pretest-Postest Design. The population in this study was 30 mothers of toddlers. The sampling
technique used purposive sampling. The time of the study was July 15 - August 19, 2024. Data
analysis used the Paired t test. The results of the data analysis obtained a t value of 0.002 and a
probability of 0.000 (smaller than alpha 0.05). The level of knowledge of respondents after being
given PMT counseling was 70.9% from 63.8% before being given education. So, there is an
influence of PMT education on the knowledge of mothers of toddlers about PMT. Suggestion
The results of the study can be used as a source of knowledge and strategies for mothers of
toddlers in providing midwifery care to families and toddlers.

GAMBARAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG IMUNISASI LENGKAP PADA BALITA DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS BAYAN KECAMATAN BAYAN KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

WHO stated that in 2021, as many as 25 million children did not receive complete
immunization globally. This data represents 5.9 million more than in 2019 and the highest
number since 2009. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, the number of children who were not fully
immunized from 2017 to 2021 is 1,525,936 children (Ministry of Health, 2023). Based on
a preliminary study conducted from July to December 2024, there were 105 toddlers who
were immunized at the Bayan Health Center in Purworejo Regency. From interviews with
10 mothers of infants, 3 respondents were already aware of complete immunization for
toddlers, 2 respondents had some knowledge, and 5 respondents did not have enough
knowledge. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the level of maternal
knowledge regarding complete immunization for toddlers (0-5 years) at the Bayan Health
Center in Bayan District, Purworejo Regency. This research method is descriptive, using
a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study consisted of mothers who had
toddlers aged 0-5 years (51 individuals), and the sample in the study was total sampling (51 respondents). The research data were processed using percentage techniques with
the help of SPSS 17, presented in the form of frequency distribution. The research was
conducted from June to December 2024. The study's findings indicated that a majority of
respondents had a good knowledge level regarding complete immunization for toddlers
(45.1%), while some had a sufficient knowledge level (39.2%) and a minority were
lacking (15.7%). The findings of this research indicate that the majority of participants
at Bayan Health Center, Purworejo Regency are aware of comprehensive immunization
for young children. All mothers with toddlers are anticipated to consistently seek
information regarding immunization and its application. Health workers consistently
enhance optimal immunization services within the community

EVALUASI PROGAM KELAS IBU HAMIL DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN PERAWATAN PAYUDARA DI DESA BOROWETAN KECAMATAN BANYUURIP KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

Pregnant women's classes are group learning activities that use the KIA book to discuss
the health of pregnant women. Breast care is very important for those in society who want
to support exclusive breastfeeding. To assess the Evaluation of the Pregnant Mothers'
Class Program in Improving Breast Care Knowledge in Borowetan Village. The causeand-effect

variables are measured or collected simultaneously in the cross-sectional
method used in this research. Conducted in July 2024 in Borowetan Village, Banyuurip
District, Purworejo Regency, using Total Purposive Sampling with 40 respondents. A P
value of 0.000 was obtained, which is less than 0.05, indicating that there is a significant
difference between the pre-test and post-test, or that there is a significant effect. There is
a significant correlation between maternal knowledge and the frequency of classes for
pregnant women with an increase in the difference in average scores obtained from the
pre-test and post-test of 39.60. It is hoped that this will enhance the source of knowledge
and broaden the understanding of pregnant women so that they better comprehend the
skills for breast care during pregnancy.

HUBUNGAN KEPATUHAN IBU HAMIL DALAM MENGKONSUMSI TABLET FE DENGAN KEJADIAN ANEMIA DI PUSKESMAS MASARAN 1 SRAGEN

The background to this research is that anemia is an iron deficiency that affects millions of
people throughout the world, especially pregnant women, which is caused by inadequate iron intake.
Pregnant women are considered the group most at risk of developing anemia. The aim of this study
was to determine the relationship between adherence to consuming Fe tablets and the incidence of
anemia in pregnant women at the Masaran 1 Sragen Community Health Center. In this research, the
type of research used is quantitative research with a cross-sectional analytical research design. This
research uses the sampling technique Accidental Sampling. The sample for this study was pregnant
women in the third trimester at the Masaran 1 Sragen Community Health Center. The results of this
study show that there is a relationship between the compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe
tablets and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the third trimester at the Masaran 1 Sragen
Community Health Center in 2024. Analysis using statistical tests using the Chi-square test found a
significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that Ha was accepted and Ho is rejected, it can be concluded
that there is a relationship between adherence to consuming Fe tablets and the incidence of anemia
in pregnant women in the third trimester at the Masaran 1 Sragen Community Health Center.

COC covers various stages, starting from pre-pregnancy health education, care during pregnancy, childbirth, to
post-natal care and family planning programs. To provide continuous health care for mothers and babies, starting
from pre-pregnancy education to family planning programs. Comprehensive midwifery care has been carried out in
accordance with independent midwifery care and early handling. No complications were found from pregnancy,
childbirth, postpartum, BBL, and KB.
